Nano Liposomes

Liposomes are spherical lipid vesicles with a dual-layered membrane structure and one of the most efficient drug delivery
systems (DDS) for administering nutrients and medications. Liposomes are considered a crucial technology in the field of DDS
due to its excellent ability to encapsulate active ingredients and deliver it to the targeted site.

Extensive research is currently being conducted in the field of nanomedicines to maximize the efficacy in the human body by
controlling the size of drug particles at the nanoscale. The manufacturing technology for producing uniformly sized nanoparticles
plays a crucial role in determining the quality of nanomedicines.

Our Focused Ultrasonification is a specialized technology that utilizes ultrasound focused at the center, allowing for the production
of highly uniform and sub-100nm-sized nanoliposomes.

  • Through a continuous process involving both the oil-phase and aqueous-phase, size control of liposomes is achieved by passing through the ultrasound section.
  • More than 80% of the particles exist within the size range of 50-80 nm.

  • Confirmed to remain highly stable without phase separation or aggregation.
